Thank you page after checkout [default option]

Address prompts will appear on thank you page after checkout below the map. When customers select the suggested address, the Shopify order object will be updated automatically. This is the only available option for most merchants that do not have the Shopify Plus plan. It looks like this:

First step of checkout [recommended option]

Address prompts will appear on the first step of checkout when customer clicks on Continue to shipping method button after specifying shipping address. When customers select the suggested address, the Shopify order object will be updated automatically. This option is available for merchants that have the Shopify Plus plan. It looks like this:

This option has minimal impact to your conversion rate - the average response time is about 0.4 secs and 92-98% of customers act on the prompts.

Second step of checkout

Address prompts will appear on the second step of checkout above the shipping methods. When customers select the suggested address, the Shopify order object will be updated automatically. This option is available for merchants that have the Shopify Plus plan. It looks like this:

This option will have no impact on your conversion rate because customers have the option to proceed without acting on the prompts.
